Stephana A. Mosera’s relationship with Eagle Abstract extends back to her days as a student at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, when she first became a trusted company employee. She continued at Eagle Abstract after receiving her J.D. in 1999, ultimately assuming the role of legal counsel in 2000, after being admitted to the New York State Bar Association.

Stephana forges lasting, productive relationships with Eagle Abstract’s attorney clients by working closely—and collaboratively—with them to provide strategic counsel on sophisticated residential and commercial real estate transactions, closings, and documents.

As a practicing real estate attorney and experienced title closer, Stephana has participated in thousands of successful closings throughout her career. She is proficient in all aspects of title insurance, from title readings and clearance to policy issuance, and everything in between.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association. Stephana is a lifelong resident of Huntington, NY.
